The AI Manager is the figure who guides the company in defining and implementing a concrete artificial intelligence strategy, turning technology trends, market opportunities, and internal needs into a portfolio of high-value initiatives. They analyze the most promising use cases, support management in investment decisions, and build an approach to AI that is aligned with business objectives, regulations, and the pace of innovation. In parallel, they work on data strategy, collaborating with business functions to identify priority processes and define data governance models that make the use of AI effective, secure, and truly sustainable over time.
Alongside this strategic vision, the AI Manager oversees the operational and organizational aspects required to introduce AI into the company in a structured way. They define the most suitable technological and architectural stack, ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and evolvability of solutions, and support HR and IT in spreading AI culture, upskilling programs, and company-wide literacy plans. In addition, they design, together with the CISO and Compliance, an AI governance framework that includes roles, responsibilities, risk assessment, policies, auditing, documentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that the adoption of artificial intelligence is not only innovative, but also controlled, compliant, and results-oriented.
